Pretty sure this is what the eradication of the human soul sounds like as one is being dragged through the carnage of hell’s inferno.  Every track feels like your ears are being slaughtered with horrific instruments played with hellfire. Tracks like the blistering thrasher of “God’s Cold Hands and the purgatory theme song “Wide Open Wound” blaze hateful chaos. Nails have forged one of the year’s most slaughtering records with Abandon All Life and although the album is barley over 17 minutes, that is still plenty of time for your soul to terminated into damnation. 9/10
